Questions Meesho sellers ask
Is there a Chrome extension for Meesho sellers?
Yes. OrderLens for Sellers is a free Chrome extension that works with the Meesho supplier panel. One click brings your order, payment, return and claim reports into your OrderLens account. OrderLens is an independent tool, not made by Meesho.
Is the extension free?
Yes. The extension is free, and so is OrderLens while it is early. You need a free OrderLens account.
Does it need my Meesho password or OTP?
No. It never asks for your password or OTP. It works in the supplier panel you are already signed in to, and it runs only when you click it.
Why does Chrome say “Proceed with caution”?
Chrome shows this note for extensions from new developers, for their first few months. You see it only if Enhanced protection is on in Chrome's settings. It does not mean a problem was found.
Why does it ask to read and change data on ltl.sh and storage.googleapis.com?
storage.googleapis.com is Google's file storage, where Meesho keeps your report files, and ltl.sh is the short link it sends your claims report on. The extension only downloads your report files from there. Chrome writes “read and change” for every site an extension is allowed to reach.
Can my Meesho account get blocked for using it?
It only asks your panel for your own report files, the way the panel's Download button does, and only when you click. It changes nothing else in your account. OrderLens is not made by Meesho, so we cannot speak for its rules.
Which Meesho reports does it bring in?
Orders, payments, customer returns and RTO parcels that came back to you, and claims. On the first sync you choose how far back orders and payments go, up to five months back. Returns cover the last 60 days, claims the last 3 months. After that, one sync a day per store keeps it up to date.
How is this different from downloading the reports myself?
It brings the same files your panel's Download buttons make, all four in one click, straight into OrderLens. You do not pick dates for each report, wait for each file, or drag them in.
Does it bring my upcoming payments?
No. It brings payments already sent to you. Money still to come is not in that file.
Does it raise claims for me?
No. It brings in your claims and the status of each one. You still raise a claim yourself, from Support in your supplier panel.
I have more than one Meesho store. Can I sync all of them?
Yes. Add each store on the OrderLens Stores page first. Then open that store's supplier panel and click the OrderLens icon there. If OrderLens cannot tell which store it is, it asks you once. Each store syncs once a day.
What do I see in OrderLens after a sync?
What you were paid, your profit per product after returns and RTO once you add your costs, your returns and your claims, for each store you add.
How do I remove it?
In Chrome, click the puzzle-piece icon, then the three dots next to OrderLens, then Remove from Chrome. Its saved settings go with it. Your reports already in OrderLens stay in your account.
Does it keep my buyers’ details?
No. The extension passes your report files on as they are, without opening them. OrderLens keeps no buyer names, phone numbers or addresses. Our privacy policy lists exactly what is kept.
Does it work on my phone?
No. Chrome extensions work only in Chrome on a laptop or PC. On a phone, download the reports from your supplier panel and add them on the OrderLens Upload page.
Does it work with other marketplaces?
Not yet. Today it works with the Meesho supplier panel only. More marketplaces later.
Bring your Meesho reports in with one click. Free, in Chrome on a laptop or PC.
