When does Meesho pay sellers?

Usually about 14 days after the order, for a delivered order. Money comes Monday to Friday only, Monday most of all, as one amount in your bank each day.

These numbers come from one real store's payment files, May to October 2026. Most delivered orders were paid 13 to 15 days after the order. The fastest took 10 days, the slowest 23. These are calendar days, weekends included.

Which days the money comes

  • Monday to Friday only. Nothing was paid on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Monday is the big day. Weekend payments come on Monday.
  • One amount in your bank each day. All the orders paid that day come together. The payment file shows which orders it covers.

Example: an order on Monday 1 June is usually paid around Monday 15 June. An order on Saturday 6 June reaches day 14 on a Saturday, so the money comes on Monday 22 June.

Claims come later still: usually 2 to 4 weeks after the order.

If a return comes after you were paid, the sale is taken back from a later payment, within about a week. Claims (money back when a returned parcel is wrong, damaged or incomplete) usually come 2 to 4 weeks after the order.

Payment late or not received? What to check

  1. Check the order is Delivered. A parcel still on the way has no payment date yet.
  2. Open outstanding payments in the panel's payments section (or download it). It shows the expected date for each order, or "unschedule" if there is no date yet.
  3. Count 14 calendar days from the order. If that day is a Saturday or Sunday, expect Monday.
  4. Look for one amount per day in your bank, not one per order.
  5. Expected date passed by a few working days, or still nothing about 3 weeks after the order? Raise a ticket in the supplier panel with the Sub Order No.

Questions sellers ask

Meesho payment not received: what should I do?

First check the order is Delivered. Then look up its expected date in the outstanding payments file. If that date has passed, or nothing has come 3 weeks after the order, raise a ticket in the panel with the Sub Order No.

How many days does Meesho take to pay sellers?

Usually about 14 days after the order for a delivered order (most between 13 and 15 days). Meesho's own page says 7 days after delivery, which works out about the same.

Does Meesho pay on Saturday or Sunday?

No. Every payment we saw came Monday to Friday, and Monday was the biggest day.

Why did I get one big amount and not one per order?

Meesho sends one amount a day for all the orders paid that day. The payment file splits it by order.

What does "unschedule" mean in Meesho outstanding payments?

That order has no payment date yet, usually because the parcel is still on the way.

When is the return charge taken?

Usually 1 to 6 days after the return closes. If you were already paid for that order, the sale is taken back too.
