How to crop Meesho labels
- Download the label PDF from your Meesho supplier panel, as you do now.
- Drop it in the box above (several stores? drop all their PDFs together). Pick 4x6 thermal or A4 and the order you pack in. Your choice is saved for next time.
- Download the new PDF. Print it at 100% (actual size), not "fit to page".

How do I crop Meesho labels for a 4x6 thermal printer?

Can I print Meesho labels on A4, 4 in 1?
Yes. Pick A4 paper and each page holds 4 labels. Under "More sizes" you also get A4 with 2, 6 or 8 a page, 4x4 and 3x5 thermal, and each label at its original size.
Can I merge several Meesho label PDFs?
Yes. Drop all the PDFs together, for example one from each store. You get one PDF, sorted the way you pick, with one pick list. You can also get one PDF per courier or per SKU, in a zip.
Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and cut inside your browser. It never goes to OrderLens or anyone else. Labels carry your buyers' names and addresses, so we built it this way.
Can I crop Meesho labels with or without the invoice?
Both. Without is the default: the invoice part is taken out of the new file, not just hidden. Pages we are not sure about wait for you to check them before they print. Tick "Add invoices as separate pages" and the invoices come at the end of the same PDF.
How do I sort Meesho labels by SKU?
Pick "By SKU". Labels of the same SKU come together (by size too, when a product has sizes), so you pack one product at a time. Orders with 2 or more pieces, and orders with 2 or more products, come together after them. The pick list page says how many pieces of each to take out.
Does it change the barcode or the AWB number?
No. The barcode, AWB number and QR code are copied exactly as Meesho made them, only sized to fit your paper. The extras you tick (a big SKU line, a number like 12/38, the print date) are printed in a strip under the label, never on it.
Why does my label print too small?
The printer is shrinking it. In the print box choose 100% or "actual size", and the paper size that matches your labels.
