Shipping is not a line here because the buyer pays it: the marketplace adds it on top of your price and takes it back from your payment. On real payment files it nets to about ₹0, within about ₹2 an order. Returns, RTO, packing and ads on orders that do not stay are shared over the ones that do. Fees include 18% GST, which comes back in the GST line. Your bank gets about 0.6% less for a while (TCS and TDS, returned when you file).
A calculator for each marketplace
Each one follows that marketplace’s own fees, and says how sure the numbers are.
- Amazon profit calculator: from the published fee table.
- Flipkart profit calculator: estimates you can change.
- Meesho profit calculator: checked on real payment files.
- Myntra profit calculator: estimates you can change.
- Snapdeal profit calculator: estimates you can change.
How the calculator works it out
It follows 100 orders. Some never reach the buyer (RTO), some reach the buyer and come back (customer returns), and the rest stay delivered. What the returns, RTOs, packing and ads cost on the orders that did not stay is shared over the ones that did, so the answer is the real profit on each order you keep.
Fees are shown with their 18% GST, the cash you pay. That GST comes back in the GST line as input credit. Type any number of orders to see every line as orders × amount, so you can check the sum yourself.

Questions sellers ask
Is the profit calculator free?
Yes. It is free, needs no login, and works for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Snapdeal.
Why is GST shown as a line?
You pay the GST inside your selling price, minus the 18% GST inside the marketplace's fees, which you claim back as input credit. The GST line is that difference. If your supplier's bill has GST, pick its rate: that GST comes back too.
What is the difference between a return and an RTO?
A customer return reached the buyer and was sent back. An RTO (return to origin) never reached the buyer: refused, or the courier could not deliver. Marketplaces charge them differently, so the calculator asks for both.
Why does the answer say per order delivered?
Because only delivered orders earn money. What returns, RTOs, packing and ads cost on the orders that did not stay is shared over the ones that did, so the answer is the real profit on each order you keep.
A guide to help you decide, not your official accounts: each marketplace is still the authority on what it pays you, and fees change. OrderLens is an independent tool, not part of any marketplace.
