Meesho return claim checker

Open every return the day it reaches you, and raise a claim the same day if it came back wrong, damaged or empty. Drop your returns file to see which returns reached you, newest first, and which are late on the way. Add the claims file to mark the ones already claimed.

No files at hand? (made-up returns).

OrderLens keeps this list for you every morning from your files, with a tick for each parcel. Start with OrderLens

What the checker shows

  • The returns that reached you, newest first (with the claims file, the ones with no claim yet first): the day each arrived, how many days ago, the SKU, customer return or RTO, the courier and the last 4 digits of the AWB.
  • With the claims file: which returns already have a claim, with the claim's status as the file gives it and the day it was raised, and which have none yet.
  • With the file of returns still on the way: the day each one is due back, and which are more than 3 days late.
  • The page lists your top 20; the totals count every row.
  • Counts and dates only. No money: the claims file's amounts are left out.
  • The lines at the top of the returns file, with your store name and email, are skipped and never shown. Product names, order numbers and the full AWB are not shown either.

It does not give a last day to claim. We found no public Meesho page that gives the time limit today, and seller blogs disagree, so the checker shows when each return arrived and leaves the limit to your panel's Support section. How to raise the claim.

How to check your returns for claims

  1. Download the returns file from your supplier panel as a CSV. If you have raised claims, download the claims file too.
  2. Drop the files in the box, together or one by one. The checker counts every return that reached you and lists them newest first, the ones with no claim yet at the top, and the ones late on the way.
  3. Open the newest returns today. If one came back wrong, damaged or empty, raise a claim from Support in your panel the same day.

Questions Meesho sellers ask

Which files do I drop, and where do I get them?

The returns file from your supplier panel, as a CSV, just as you downloaded it. There is one for returns that reached you and one for returns still on the way; drop either or both. If you have raised claims, add the claims file from your panel too. Do not open and save them in Excel first, because Excel can change the dates.

What does adding the claims file change?

Each return that already has a claim shows the claim's status as the file gives it, such as Open, Approved or Rejected, and the day it was raised. Returns with no claim say "No claim yet", so you can see which ones you have not raised. Without the claims file the checker cannot tell, so it does not guess.

Why does a return show as late on the way?

The file of returns on the way gives each one the day it is expected back. When that day is more than 3 days ago and the file still has it on the way, the checker marks it late. Check its tracking in your panel.

Why does it show only the last 4 digits of the AWB?

The last 4 digits are enough to match a return to the label on the parcel in your hand. The full AWB number is left out of the list, so a screenshot of it shows less.

Does this tell me the last day to claim?

No. We found no public Meesho page that gives the time limit today, so the checker shows the day each return arrived and how many days ago, not a last day. Raise the claim the day the parcel arrives. Our guide to Meesho return claims has the steps.

Does the checker raise the claim for me?

No. It only reads your files and lists your returns. You raise a claim from Support in your supplier panel, with an unboxing video. Our guide to Meesho return claims shows how.
