When Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and Snapdeal pay you

Amazon, Snapdeal and Myntra count from delivery: 7 days for new Amazon sellers, 8 for Snapdeal, 15 for Myntra. Flipkart's own pages differ: its FAQ says you are paid after the parcel is picked up and delivered, in as fast as 7 days; its fees page says counting starts at pickup, as fast as 3 days by seller tier.

Checked on 14 October 2026Hindi mein padhein (Hinglish)

Days after the customer gets the parcel
  1. DeliveredDay 0
  2. Amazon PremiumDay 3paid daily
  3. Amazon Standard, MeeshoDay 7new Amazon sellers
  4. SnapdealDay 8
  5. Amazon BasicDay 10
  6. MyntraDay 15

From each marketplace's seller page, checked 14 October 2026. Flipkart is not on this picture: its two pages count from different days. For Basic and Premium, Amazon calls these days a "payment reserve period"; that they count from delivery, like Standard, is our reading.

OrderLens reads Meesho payment files only, so for Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and Snapdeal these are their own words, not our measurement. Meesho's 7 days after delivery came to about 14 days after the order in real files: when Meesho pays. Your seller dashboard shows the real date for each order, and that beats any page, this one included.

Pickup or delivery: where the counting starts

Where the counting starts
Shopsy
  1. You dispatch the order: counting starts
  2. Paid in 7* days from dispatch

Days on the road are inside the 7

Flipkart
  1. Fees page: counting starts at pickup, as fast as 3 days by tier
  2. FAQ: paid after pickup and delivery, as fast as 7 days

The two pages differ: plan on the FAQ

Amazon, Myntra, Snapdeal, Meesho
  1. Courier picks it up
  2. Customer gets it: counting starts
  3. Paid 3 to 15 days later

Days on the road come on top

So a Shopsy "7 days" and an Amazon "7 days" are not counted from the same day.

Example: a parcel is picked up on Friday 2 October and reaches the customer on Tuesday 6 October. Amazon (Standard) makes it payable on Tuesday 13 October, Snapdeal pays after Wednesday 14 October, and Myntra on about Wednesday 21 October. Flipkart's FAQ pays after delivery, as fast as 7 days, without saying from which day; counted from delivery, that is Tuesday 13 October too.

Flipkart's two pages say different things

The fees page: "Our payment cycle initiates when your product is picked up, and you can expect to receive your payment in as fast as 3 days*." It adds that payment schedules depend on your seller tier. The FAQ, answering "How and when do I get paid?": "Once your product is picked up and successfully delivered to the customer, you will receive payment within as fast as 7* days."

Amazon: your STEP level sets the wait

STEP is Amazon's level system for sellers. Amazon's STEP page says every new seller starts at Standard. Basic is not a beginner level: it sits below Standard, and it waits longest. For each level Amazon's STEP page lists a "payment reserve period" (the days Amazon holds the money before it can be paid) and how often money is sent:

  • Basic: 10 days, paid weekly.
  • Standard (where new sellers start): 7 days, paid weekly.
  • Advanced: 7 days, paid weekly.
  • Premium: 3 days, paid daily.

For Standard, Amazon's fees page says: "You are eligible to get paid for the order 7 days after the order is delivered", with money sent to your bank every 7 days, Pay on Delivery orders included. So an order that becomes payable on day 7 can wait a few more days for the next payout day. Amazon's fees come off before the money is sent: see Amazon closing fee and Easy Ship charges.

Payment late? What to check

  1. Check the order status. On Amazon, Myntra, Snapdeal and Meesho nothing is counted until it shows as delivered, and Flipkart's FAQ also pays only after delivery.
  2. Count from the right day. Dispatch on Shopsy, delivery everywhere else.
  3. Check your seller dashboard. It shows the expected date and the amount after fees for each order.
  4. Date passed and still nothing? Raise a ticket with the marketplace's seller support, with the order ID.
